Having heard that you are coming to China this October, I am very exited to be your guide in China. Knowing that Xi'an is your favorite city in China, I've arranged a five-day tour in Xi'an for you.
The first day, we are going to pay a visit to the celebrated Terra Cotta Army which is regarded as the "World's Eighth Wonder" by many foreign visitors.
The trip will take you back thousands of years. And I am sure you will enjoy it.
The second day, I will take you to the Tang Paradise to have a taste of Chinese traditional culture as well as the folk dances and songs performed there. The Tang Paradise is a theme park famous for its romantic atmosphere and picturesque scenery. In addition, we will stay there late for the Water-Screen movies and the costumed drama which are only shown in the evening.
The third day, we are going to climb the magnificent HuaShan Mountain, which enjoys unparalleled popularity among those fanatic mountain climbers, its hubris and natural beauty will overwhelm anyone who stands on the top of it.
The fourth day, we are not going that far---we are going to have a relatively leisure day. The Drum Tower and the Bell Tower will let you feel the pulse of this ancient city. Besides, we'll go to the Islamic Street as well as the Grand Mosque, and the local snacks there
will comfort your crying stomach after a hard day's walk.
The fifth day, we are going cycle the City Wall, which is considered a must for anyone who visits the city of Xi'an.
Then, we are going to the buy some souvenirs in the Shuyuanmen Art Street.
Then, after a farewell dinner, I shall send you to the Xianyang International Airport an hour before your flight takes off.

在今年暑假即将结束之际,我们一家三口和大姑、大姑父一行五人去了一趟西安.我们一去六天时间,23日晚上6点半的飞机,10点半到达了西安.到了西安,我们住在了西安的亲戚家里,第二天开始了西安的旅游.
西安是千年古都,其中西周、秦、西汉、唐朝是西安历史上的鼎盛时期.西安拥有大量的历史人文景观.有“世界第八大奇迹”——秦兵马俑博物馆.
先说说秦始皇陵吧!听导游介绍,秦始皇陵是秦始皇征集了七十多万名工匠建造的,时间长达三十八年,是我国最大的帝王陵,并列入世界遗产清单,是世界人民共同的文化遗产.这位伟大的始皇帝在位十二年,病死后葬于秦始皇陵,是经一位统一六国的皇帝,所以称为始皇.
兵马俑是始皇陵的从葬坑,位秦始皇陵东侧约1公里半处,发现于1974年,是当代最重要的考古发现之一.我们先来到了博物馆,在里面,首先映入眼帘的是一对像鹅不是鹅,似鸟不是鸟的动物,导游说这叫凫雁,是秦始皇的宠物,秦王很喜欢它们,便叫人用铜刻了一对,放在陵墓里,其次是两匹马车,第一匹马车是专供开道用的,第二匹马车是供秦始皇和那些贵妃和大臣们娱乐用的.有陶俑、兵器,还介绍了当时的体育项目,其它的虽不是很罕见,但也是多彩缤纷了.
随后我们参观的是挖出来的兵马俑坑墓,一号坑是当地农民打井时发现的,后经钻探又先后发现二、三号坑,其中一号坑最大,面积达14260达平方米.里面有陶俑,身高在1米8左右,分为将军俑、武士俑、车士俑.还有四号坑,但里面什么都没有.
参观完兵马俑后,下午我们参观的是华清池.华清池位于西安市临潼区骊山北侧,东距西安三十公里.因为有唐玄宗和杨贵妃的传说而名声远播,其实华清池的历史也非常悠久,早在西周时期周幽王就曾在此骊宫,秦始皇、汉武帝也在这里建立行宫,唐代更是大兴土木,特别是唐玄宗天宝年间修建的宫殿楼阁更为豪华,并正式改名为“华清宫”.华清池里有还有几个温泉口,温泉的温度有40多度,有一个洞里有专门为游客烫脚的地方,我们参观累了,在那里烫脚进行休息,烫完后很舒服.没参观完华清池就已经晚上6点了,我们只好往车站走,结束了一天的参观.
这两个景点参观后,让我了解了中国历史的伟大.休息了一天后,我又去了黄帝陵.在四千多年前,我们的祖先就在黄河、长江流域进行农耕.传说中的黄帝是那个时候的一位部落首领.据说黄帝是有熊氏的后裔,刚一出生就会说话,几岁后便能明辨是非,国人认为这个孩子是天神下凡,于是,就给他起名叫黄帝.进入黄帝陵,首先看到的是一棵大柏树,很高大,旁边有一个长方形的石板,上面刻着：黄帝手植柏.我不禁严然失语；天；手植柏!真不知是怎么种的!随后,我们来到了一座庙前,看上面的牌子上写着：“人文初祖”四个大字.进去一看,中间的一个平板大青石上面刻着一个人,就是黄帝,四边还刻着青龙、白虎、朱雀、玄武,还有刀、叉、剑等青铜器.继续往庙的后面走,有一个楼阁,楼顶上面有一个在圆顶漏天,地上是方的,照像的人说这叫天圆地方.我们在这照了一些照片,了解了一些关于黄帝的故事,便匆匆离开了黄陵,回到了西安.
在西安我们参观了陕西历史博物馆,去了法门寺,还去了大雁塔,虽然天天坐车很累,可我还是很兴奋,因为我了解了中国的历史,也知道了许多历史文物.
该走了,我恋恋不舍的离开了西安.坐在飞机上我不停想着这些天的事情,真是让我高兴呀,这次旅游让我感受到祖国的美好,历史文化的悠久.
